Hotel Torre Mar — Hotel in Buenaventura

View from the restaurant on the 14th floor is amazing. Dinner was great. Family rooms, include 3 full or queen sized beds. Traveling with small children and was given two additional mattresses to put on the floor for their safety. Rooms are very spacious. Have two huge bathrooms with soak in tubs and showers. Tub can probably fit a 6 foot tall person with ease. If that was not enough the customer service from the employees is beyond what you expect. Place has a gym and a spa. Wifi is slow but everything else makes up for it. Would come back in a heartbeat! - visited again in January 2023 and again, exceptional customer experience. Would give higher rating if I could. It is a good hotel, but with some small problems that could be easily fixed. Although Buenaventura is a warm city, the hot water supply is very inconsistent. A hot bath after a long work day is a nice thing to have while traveling for business. This is the first hotel where there isn't a floor mat at the bathroom. The bed's too hard, it could be softer. Rooms are not very clean... Plus side is the great staff, most excellent. And the restaurant and the bar are excellent....
