HOTEL HOSPEDAJE CANEY - DESCANSO Y TRADICION — Hotel in Cali

I was considering giving this establishment only 2 stars...the location is great, rooms decent and the employees seem to be trying their best but definitely need to be more organized and trained. We got conflicting information from different employees and one would always say that the others don't know what they're doing. I had to remind them to send housekeeping. But probably the worst was the effective curfew, no one could enter or leave the hotel between 11pm and 5am because no one is working the night shift. In order to enter or leave between those hours you need to prove it's an emergency or the presumably off-the-clock employee (after you wake them up) will have to call their boss for permission and then charge you 15k pesos. One night we got there a little after 11pm, attempting to get in the same time someone was trying to leave. The individual trying to leave got in a heated argument with the employee that could be heard from the 3rd floor. Ultimately I blame management for being cheap and not wanting to pay for 24-hour coverage. You could argue for the price it's what should be expected but still they will lose business over this if they don't improve. On the plus side they take all kinds of payments including credit cards but apparently only one employee knows how to use the machine for it, and she doesn't come until after checkout time. Overall there's potential but management needs to train employees better and provide 24-hour coverage if they want...

Ni una estrella se merece ese llamado "hotel", la atención al cliente es pésima, super groseros, las reglas absurdas, parece una cárcel voluntaria con sus horarios de que no dejan ingresar después de las 11 pm si no se paga y si despiertas a cenicienta (la que debería estar haciendo su trabajo en vez de dormir y tratar mal a los huéspedes) también le debes pagar, ahhh pero si eres el novio, amigo o conocido si puedes llegar a la 1 am y te abre sin lío y te trata de lo mejor. Instalaciones terribles, es el lugar perfecto para que tu mascota se llene de pulgas, cero aseo, puertas sin seguridad, los baños ni hablar, les recomiendo llevar en el equipaje toallas para el piso, traperos y trapos para secar ya que se inunda hasta la habitación aunque si eres amante al agua no tendrás problema con ello 🤦🏼‍♀️. Un asalto el sobre de Shampoo 3 mil pesos, no hay parqueadero y el parqueadero cercano también tiene horarios y tarifas desde los 10 mil pesos. Es el peor lugar para descansar ya que no dejan y ni duermes de la incertidumbre. NUNCA VAYAN A ESE "HOTEL" NO BOTEN SU DINERO HAY MEJORES OPCIONES Y SALE COMO...

Es un hotel en donde el administrador revende las reservas y al final debes compartir una cama doble con otra persona en acomodación múltiple, no respeta las reservas de parejas y hace q tenemos w dormir con otra pareja en una habitación. La publicidad q ofrece y acomodaciones no son las que uno reserva, el dice q las cambia o las cancela así hayas pagado un 50% de un grupo de personas que reservan. No da la cara para solucionar problemas todo lo deja a la señora Marina y señor Alex que solucionen lo que el no organiza bien en acomodaciones. Nos quejamos nuestro grupo de 38 personas se vio afectado, en donde algunas debieron dormir en un catre en el piso Elevarnos las quejas ante la entidad que vigila el turismo en Cali y Ayenka como empresa q tiene varios hoteles bajo su seguimiento.
