We booked this place to bring some of our guests the day after our wedding, Even though we bought the day pass, the establishment tried charging our guests for some meals that were supposed to be included, such as the vegetarian options. Since some of our guests were foreigners, the establishment overcharged random amounts for drinks and didn't provide the menu with the proper prices on it. They were charging ppl different prices for the same kind of drinks! If they paid cash, their change was never seen, and when complaining about it, they will still ignore the request. Some servers were rude, and when some Colombian guests tried helping the foreigners figure out what they were being charged for, some servers used responses in the line of "none of your business”. Realizamos una reserva con casi 5 meses de anticipación, faltando menos de un mes para mi viaje me cancelaron la reserva,sugiriendo que debíamos mover las fechas, ya teníamos vuelos comprados y todo nuestro viaje planeado. Manifestaron que tendrían casa llena en esas fechas, no tuvieron en cuenta las personas que ya teníamos nuestra reservación con mucha antelación ¿cuál es el objetivo entonces de reservar y pagar tus habitaciones si te cancelan la reserva faltando poco para tu viaje?
