L' Europe — Hotel in Cartagena

My bf and I stayed there because the place was recommended by a family who said it was really clean and nice. The truth is the price they ask for a (cleanish) room with barely any furniture and for the service they offer is way over the top: we got the room for half the price, with shared bathroom. They never cleaned the bathroom during our whole stay (4 days) and it was full of sand and the trash by the toilet was full on day one. The place needs a general clean-up and more attention from the staff. Also, the neighbors play some super loud music every day from 4pm until 2am (it's so loud you feel like you are in a night club) and I really had trouble sleeping, even with earplugs. However, the terrace with the hammocks is nice, even though they are all stained pretty badly. Un lugar muy agradable 🏝️ acogedor y Familiar. Perfecto para descansar, queda muy cerca de las playas y sitios turísticos. El Capataz del Hotel Nelson, excelente ser humano, muy especial, servicial y amable nos hizo sentir como en Familia, nos guió a muchos lugares hermosos, nos acompañó a recorrer los rincones más lindos de la isla. Las instalaciones limpias, adecuadas al precio, si eres una persona descomplicada y tranquila es un lugar perfecto. La energía eléctrica se raciona por horas, pero es normal es una Isla, perfecto para desconectarse de la tecnología. Volveríamos muchas veces. Gracias L Europe hicieron nuestro viaje...

Eine Woche in der Nebensaison und ganz alleine, daher sehr gechillt und viel Platz. Der sehr nette Nelson vor Ort ist mega herzlich, kümmert sich um alles und um jeden Wunsch! Sehr familiär. Es gibt am ersten Tag eine gratis Tour über die Insel. Zimmer mit Privatbad, sehr klein aber sauber, schön und zwischendurch auch gereinigt. Wenn mehr Gäste kommen ist die Küche ggfs etwas eng und leider riecht man auch den Hühnerstall der Nachbarn. Dachterrasse mit Hängematten ist der Hammer!! Am Wochenende ist die Dorfdisko in der Nähe nichts für empfindliche Schläfer, aber wer es bis hierher geschafft hat, kennt ja die kolumbianische...
