ESTELAR El Cable Hotel — Hotel in Manizales

Where to begin… check in took an hour and when we finally got to our room the sheets were filthy and there were used wet towels on the bathroom floor. They said they would give us another room but, when we opened the door to the second room there was someone else’s suitcase open on the floor. THEY GAVE US A KEY TO SOMEONES ROOM!!! We felt very uneasy after this but we were there for a wedding so finally the third room was ok. The next morning we went to the free breakfast and the bread I grabbed had mold on it. No one ever apologized to us and seemed very annoyed that we had issues. On top of all of these, my mother’s room had roaches and she had to be moved two more times. I will never be...

Be Aware of False advertising! While looking this place on google shows pictures of a hotel with a Pool and Jacuzzi but when you get to the hotel none of those exists is just a basic hotel with nothing but small restaurant. We spoke to the General Manager Francisco Combariza and he gave us a dummy and unprofessional and excuse.

The hospitality was top notch. Staff was extremely professional kind and helpful. The restaurant downstairs was great, food was delicious (chicken cannoli) was my favorite. Breakfast was delicious every morning. I stayed here for 4 nights. Rooms were clean, good size and I had a great view! You cannot ask for a better location. I am giving this a 10/10 in every aspect.
