Absolutely unheard of! My wife and I are visiting family in Medellin and went out dancing on Friday night and accidentally forgot the keys to our relative’s home which is where we are staying close by. When we came back, to not wake up our family, we decided to get a room at this hotel which is a mere 3 minute walk from our relative’s home until the morning. We arrived, booked, and paid for the hotel and about 15 minutes into our stay, the receptionist knocked the door to our room. He said that my wife’s American license would not suffice as proper identification for our stay, that he needed a passport picture. I said that later that morning we would happily bring not just a picture but the physical passport, he said that would be fine. About 20 minutes after that conversation, at this point while my wife and I are sleeping, we are woken up by a knock on the door again by the receptionist. He insisted that he needed the passport otherwise we would have to leave. I understand the rules and the concern for the hotel, but what I don’t understand is why if they adhere to the rules to that extent why not be upfront about it and wait until they have charged the room (which they did reimburse) and their hosts are literally sleeping. It feels like and affront to the entire idea of a hotel. Not to mention that in the name of “safety” for tourists as the receptionist and owner of the hotel explained this hotel put not one but two tourists on the literal street at 4:00am. Terrible experience, terrible service, completely felt unsafe and quite honestly truly...

Tengo tantas cosas por decir, que no sé por dónde empezar.

Tuve el privilegio de hospedarme 15 días en este maravilloso Hotel y la verdad es que SIN TEMOR A EQUIVOCARME, fue una experiencia maravillosa.

Mi visita a medellín fue por cuestiones laborales, Pero en este hotel m acogieron de manera muy humana y muy cálida.

Quiero resaltar la labor de los recepcionistas GERMÁN Y DAYANNE, se encargaron durante toda la estadía de estar muy atentos con los horarios de desayuno y cena, siempre con una sonrisa amable y disposición absoluta.

También Resalto la labor hermosa que realizan las señoras del servicio como lo son FLOR Y ALEXANDRA, que grato contar con personas que se dedican de lleno a mantener las habitaciones limpias y que el lugar luzca impecable. Les estoy muy agradecido por su cariño y su dedicación en mi habitación, que Dios me las cuide en todo momento.

No puedo pasar por alto la labor administrativa de DIANA, la cabeza de ese equipo que por ciertos, también fui testigo de las veces que se puso la diez y también se dedicó con el corazón a cuidarnos y procurar que siempre siempre siempre estuviéramos bien. Don Jhony y su proyección empresarial que también deseo que se consolide con éxito.

Para usted amigo viajero, si tu plan es conocer la Ciudad y tener un lugar donde descansar y sentirte bien atendido, BOUTIQUE ESTADIO es la mejor opción.

Para usted, amigo empresario que desea hospedar a su recurso humano, bien sea por corta, mediana o larga estadía, BOUTIQUE ESTADIO es la mejor opción.

El desayuno es hecho con amor, huevitos caseros, arepa, queso, fruta y café 🍳🍍🍓🫓🧀

La cena siempre es variada, unas veces chicharrón crocante, ensalada, arepita con queso, pechuga asada, carne asada, ensaladas.

Siento que se esmeran por atender muy bien y cada bocado de verdad lo disfruté.

La ubicación es MAGISTRAL, el sector es muy tranquilo, hay comercio, hay D1, OXXO, estaciones del metro muy cerca como estación estadio y estación la floresta. El punto donde se encuentra el hotel hay para planificar tours, de hecho, el hotel ofrece planes a Guatapé y otros lugares maravillosos.

Me regreso a mi ciudad con el corazón hinchado por la cultura ciudadana y porque en todo momento me sentí como en casa.

Gracias infinitas, gracias por darla toda, les deseo consolidación en los años venideros y que siempre estén al 100% en su ocupación.
