When we first sat down, we were not greeted for a few minutes. After a few minutes passed we were met by a man who began the interaction with Spanish that we didn’t fully understand since my brother and I are still trying to learn the language, which seemed to add to his already frustrated demeanor. They didn’t have a menu, so he shared with us four options for beverages. The entire time he was helping us, he kept exchanging sharp words with a friend nearby, including a middle finger. These were the first impressions that set the tone for our experience. As we were paying, my little brother tried to converse to learn more about the area, but the woman behind the counter gave one word replies and seemed uninterested in speaking with us. We don’t plan on returning, and wouldn’t recommend this location due to the service. We’ve been to many cafes and this was our first poor experience.

Entered weakened after a long day in the busy center seeking a gentle service and restful atmosphere. I ordered pointing on the card, showing I didn't want to talk,avoiding confrontation, received the opposite; the older women at the cashier, claiming being in charge is particularly rude, loud, nervous an cold; she reacts with aggressiveness if you expect gentleness. She even intervene when I asked sugar to the younger girl responding nicely telling her I didn't speak loud enough. It's a shame since it's the opposite of the service an demeanor that kind of f place is supposed to provide. I gave a chance to rectify, asked her if she wanted to cancel the order, she refused and went more aggressive.
