One of the best options in Medellin to stay for a few days. Rooms and facilities are clean, well maintained and comfortable. Customer service is top of the line, their main desk ladies are always ready to help with any matter, no matter what time. I was on a business trip and couldn't find a better place to stay. Habitaciones muy limpias, no incluye shampoo solo jabón de barra, tiene ventilador y TV de cable. La zona es muy tranquila y bonita, se encuentra frente a una estación de servicio público. La queja es que las camas y almohadas están cubiertas de plástico y con el calor sudas mucho, además del ruido que hacen cuando te mueves. Lo peor es el desayuno que dicen que es buffet pero te sirven una cantidad limitada de alimento (una opción era un huevo que se veía muy crudo y la otra opción era huevo con tocino un poco salado y solo te daban una pequeña porción con una pieza de pan blanco por persona). El personal de recepción muy atento.
