Hotel Jardin De Laureles — Hotel in Medellín

The worst experience ever! I recommend to book somewhere else... We suppose to go to the hotel in La 70 and the guy at the reception told us they didn't have availability anymore, although it was approved in booking.com After 50 min we have to moved to one of their hotels somewhere else in the middle of nowhere. In the room there were even not normal towels... It very quite basic! The hotel is not expensive, but for that price there are much better places...

😊: Room without air conditioning. When I checked in, the email I received said that I had air conditioning, but that the room had no ventilation. I called them beforehand to let them know that I would be checking in late at night. I had to stay in that room without air conditioning because I was so tired. They put a standing fan on a timer that turned off every two hours. I do not recommend this...

LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA EN EL HOTEL JARDÍN DE LAURELES UBICADO EN CALLE 32ee 76-139, MEDELLIN COLOMBIA, ES UNA ESTAFA OFRECEN SERVICOS POR BUKING QUE NO CUMPLEN EN EL MOMENTO DE LLEGAR AL HOTEL, HAY ESCOMBROS EN EL GARAJE Y SE VEN DESDE LA ENTRADA, RESERVE CON 1 MES DE ANTICIPACIÓN CON UN SERVICIO DE DECORACIÓN DE CUMPLEAÑOS Y LLEGUÉ AL HOTEL Y NO SABÍAN NI SIQUIERA QUE IBA, MALA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE, CUANDO LLEGUE LES ESTABAN HACIENDO ESCÁNDALO POR EL DEPLORABLE SERVICIO, EN LA HABITACIÓN NO HABÍA PAPEL HIGIÉNICO NI TOALLAS NI CONTROLES PARA EL AIRE NI TV, AIRES ACONDICIONADOS SIN MANTENIMIENTO SONO TODA LANOCHE Y NO SE PODIA APAGAR GOTEABA, SE ESCUCHABAN LOS AIRES DE LAS OTRAS HABITACIONES, MUY SUCIO EL LUGAR, NADA DE SERVICIO AL CLIENTE, TENÍAMOS QUE BAJAR 3 PISOS PARA PODER PEDIR ALGO Y TAMPOCO HABÍA LO QUE OFRECEN EN BUKING ES FALSO NO HAY MI AGUA, EL ENCARGADO MANIFIESTA QUE EL SISTEMA NO LE DEJA HACER DEVOLUCIÓN DEL DINERO, PERO CUANDO LLEGUE ME EXIGIERON PAGO EN EFECTIVO, CON ESO SE CONCLUYE QUE ES EL MODO DE OPERAR DE ELLOS PARA ESTAFAR A LA GENTE, EL DESAYUNO TENIA LA FRUTA DAÑADA PAPAYA Y BANANO ADEMÁS MUY POCO Y LA COCINA...
