Hotel Español Neiva — Hotel in Neiva

Ok, this was a great experience for the service that I recive in this place. It is new, they are working in the 3er floor and also the owner wants to make it bigger. ||The owner is so kind as the rest of the staff. I was there for 3 days. ||Negative things; ||-They has not restaurant (near is an excelent one), they only sold drinks in the first floor. ||-Is in a good place but it is dificult to find cause is only a second floor and there are locals in the first, you can not see easy the Hotel. The enter is a parking lot, that say for motos only, but I park there a van, Gran Vitara. ||-They are in some construction but I have not problem whit it so for the time that I was there no problem ( I was there in a weekend) ||||Good things;||- The service was diferen but so excelent I wish to go back there for next time. ||- The rooms are so clean and confortables. I love the beds.||||If this place keep growing and they do not let the quality of the service go down, it will a nice...

I booked with hotel español neiva via booking.com. Their listing included the air conditioning (confirmed within our booking) but when we arrived they told us we needed to pay extra to use the AC. We showed them our booking confirmation, which included the AC and they just wanted to take more money. The moody woman at reception called the manager and sad “two gringos are here...”. So rude. We got our bags and left and I will be reporting them at Booking.com. These people are dishonest and they do not deserve your business, do yourself a favor and stay...

😊: Very well located, exceptional staff who acommodated to our late arrival and very early check-out, and helped us to navigate the city, the rooms exceeded our expectations, we would definitely stay there again!!. 😢: More attention could be payed to cleaniness of the towels, and the shower was not the most comfortable.
