Sunset Vista Monteverde — Hotel in Monteverde

Wow, what a spectacular view over the Nicoya Gulf! The sunsets are amazing.

The property was clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom and the bed was very comfortable.

Due to the time of year we visited, it was incredibly windy at times so do bring earplugs! Totally worth it for the view but something to note as it is very loud at night.

The location was OK for us - we could walk into town in about 20 minutes (we didn't have a car) but might not be suitable for everyone, especially when it is very windy.

The staff were really helpful, morning and night, answering any questions we had/ booking trips etc....

Wow, we had the nicest, spotless clean apartment with breathtaking views. This apartment raises the bar for every other apartment. Floor-to-ceiling windows over the hole front of the apartment and it's located where others are coming every night to see the sunset. Great daily housekeeping. They also had the little details right like a towel, coffee and oil in the kitchen. I can only repeat myself: breathtaking view, wonderful apartment.

Staying at Vista Sunset Lodge in Monteverde was an unforgettable experience! The sunset views from the property were absolutely breathtaking, making each evening feel magical. The room was spacious, fully equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
