It was a disaster. I didn't get to stay there and let me explain why. We called them to ask for details and he said that they accepted 5 children and 8 adults and then we came to an arrangement and everything was okay. After we arrived, the owners were very rude and we were trying to arrange the rooms with a good price. But then he insulted us and told us to either accept the offer or keep driving until we arrive at Turkey. We didn't say anything and accepted his offer but what's pathetic is that he looked at my 8 year old cousins and asked ArE ThOsE ChiLdReN? ThEy Are GroWn UpS. He kept insulting us and he was also drunk and rude. I'm pretty sure that he was racist towards us. After that we just left because we didn't feel welcome there.
We didn't sleep the whole day and we just wanted to stay somewhere and he told us that we would make lots of noises and party I guess. I'm sure that this owner is high or something. We litteraly told him that we needed to sleep! Nothing else...
I hope that booking cancels them or something because that is not...
Read moreThis was our first time visiting Zagreb, and while the city itself is very beautiful, our experience at this place was disappointing. The rooms were decent and clean, but unfortunately, the staff (the guy at the reception) was very rude. The standard check-in time for hotels is 2 pm and we initially marked that we would reach by this time. But as we were traveling from a different city, due to traffic we got late. Luckily our friend - who is Croatian dropped us at this place. The man at the reception was very upset that we were late (though we arrived within the check-in time that is mentioned on the website), so my friend had a conversation with him in Croatian. She later told us that the man was very rude and made racist remarks about our late arrival. This shocked and upset me. There is no excuse for this type of behavior, especially in the hospitality business. A simple delay shouldn't warrant such an...
Read moreRoom was booked bcs we were catching flight. Close to airport, 2 stations away. Rooms were clean and ok, nothing fancy but served its purpose. 4/5. Altogether, it is bit pricy for one or two night sleepover, no service including(cca 30€per day). For any food or drinks you have to go to "city", and be aware it is remote, small town, nothing is open late afternoon. What put our mood down was price of airport transfer that was offered while booking but was charged extra 50 kunas.(fyi, bus costed 6 kunas) Not a problem to pay, just unnecessary and bit rude, charge that much for 3 min ride. People that used same offered transfer agreed that no extra pricing was mentioned during booking or room paying....
