Pansion Park — Hotel in Grad Slunj

I am a travel agent and my clients spent 1 night there on June 29th. According to the information at hand they were expecting a decent room with a kitchenette. What they were actually given was a room which did not even have a table and chairs much less a kitchenette of any kind. There were no facilities to prepare their own food which was very important to them for their special dietary needs. The furniture was very old etc., etc. The owner came and gave them a better room which was still way below decent standards. She apologized and explained that she bought the place which was old and closed a year ago and hasn't had the chance to renovate it yet. Needless to say my clients were VERY DISAPPOINTED. Estuve con mi pareja dos noches en el mes de septiembre 2014. Lo primero que hay que señalar que para quedarse a pernoctar cuando se va a visitar el Parque Nacional de los Lagos de Plitvice, no se tiene mucha variedad en hospedaje. Casi todo lo que hay son pensiones y los pocos hoteles que hay son caros. Así que para ahorrar en esa parte del viaje y puesto que estaríamos durante el día fuera, cogimos esta pensión. Las zonas comunes están más modernas. Lo más antiguo es la habitación y sobre todo el baño. La bañera es súper alta... pero está muy limpio. La habitación es grande y tiene wifi pero no hay tele salvo en salón común y tienen un desayuno concertado con un bar cercano que está bastante bien.
