We had a wonderful stay in Zavala, Hvar Island. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and well-appointed, with incredibly comfortable mattresses that provided excellent rest after our daily adventures. What truly sets this place apart is the breathtaking view of Šćedro Island from our room - it's the kind of view that makes you want to linger by the window a bit longer each morning.

Speaking of mornings, our host surprised us with an abundant breakfast spread that exceeded all expectations. The thoughtfulness and effort put into preparing such a feast was truly touching. What made our stay even more special were our hosts themselves - they showed genuine warmth and hospitality that felt natural and sincere, not forced or touristy. Their friendly demeanor and helpful attitude made us feel more like welcome friends than guests.

The entire experience was so pleasant and authentic that we're already planning our return visit. It's rare to find places that combine such comfortable accommodations with genuine hospitality, but this place manages to do both effortlessly.

This is definitely a hidden gem in Zavala that we're grateful to have discovered.

Beautiful view from our balcony and the terrace for meals on the Adriatic and the islands across from us. Once the sea was so calm around dinner; we saw people waterskiing! 3 nice small pebbly beaches nearby within a 10 minute walk. Nice bar on the water. Extremely friendly proprietors who made espresso coffee every morning from Italian beans. Excellent! As an example when we were looking for a Laundromat, the owners said " Just give them to us" they washed our clothes and folded them at no charge. I would definitely recommend them.||We felt we...

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und familiär. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und es gab eine schöne Auswahl. Das Auto konnte auf dem eigenen Parkplatz abgestellt werden. Wobei es hier schön wäre wenn beide Seiten Schatten hätten zB durch eine Überdachung. Die Betten waren bequem und Zimmer gab es einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Allerdings wäre es schön, wenn es entweder größere Kissen oder aber zwei Kissen pro Seite gäbe. Laken dienten als Zudecke was aber ideal war bei der Wärme. Die Zimmer sind klimatisierst und die Klimaanlage wirkt sehr sauber. Der Blick von Balkon ist unbezahlbar. Man sieht aufs Meer und auf die anderen Inseln...besser geht es nicht. Zudem befindet sich auf dem Balkon eine Leine für die Badesachen und Sitzmöglichkeiten.Es wäre nur schön wenn es einen Sonnenschirm oder eine Markise auf dem Balkon gegeben hätte da es ein reiner Sonnenbalkon ist.
