Pansion PALMA — Hotel in Općina Medulin

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Palma Medulin, and I must say it was far from pleasant. I would strongly advise against booking a stay at this establishment. The numerous issues and overall lack of quality made my visit extremely unpleasant.

Firstly, the most noticeable problem was the thin walls. It seemed as if there was no insulation at all. We could hear every sound from neighboring rooms and even the man below us snoring. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep due to the constant noise disturbance.

The shower was another major letdown. It was cramped and poorly maintained. The door didn't close properly, resulting in water flooding the bathroom floor. The drainage was inadequate, leaving us standing in ankle-deep water during our showers. This was not only inconvenient but also unhygienic and unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the room we were assigned was drastically different from the one we had seen in the photos during the booking process. The misleading representation of the room was highly disappointing and misleading. It created false expectations, and the reality was far from satisfactory.

The courtyard area of the accommodation was absolutely disgusting. It appeared neglected, it was certainly not a place one would want to spend any time.

Additionally, the parking area was incredibly small, rendering it practically useless. There was no available space, and we were unable to park our vehicle comfortably. This lack of parking facilities is a significant inconvenience for guests who rely on their own transportation.

Furthermore, the room had an unpleasant smell, indicating poor cleanliness and maintenance. The furniture was old and worn out, further diminishing the overall comfort and ambiance of the accommodation.

One incident that particularly stood out was the staff's reaction when I requested dairy-free milk. Their annoyance and lack of accommodation for a simple dietary request were highly unprofessional. Customer service should prioritize the needs and requests of guests, regardless of their dietary preferences or restrictions.

On a slightly more positive note, the breakfast provided was satisfactory. However, it was overshadowed by the numerous other issues and shortcomings of the accommodation.

Lastly, the reception area being located within the exchange office was incredibly inconvenient. It was challenging to find, and the lack of clear signage made the situation even more frustrating. Guests should not have to go through such difficulties just to locate...

Leider wird diese Bewertung keine gute. Diese Unterkunft ist ein altes, nicht gepflegtes Gebäude mit wenig Geschmack. Unser Zimmer war im letzten Stock, ohne Aufzug! Die Unterkunft war geräumig, nicht sauber und Wirrwarr zusammengestellt. Die Türen schließen nicht richtig, der Toilettendeckel hing an einer Befestigung und überall waren Spinnenweben. Während unseres 5 tägigen Aufenthalt wurde kein einziges Mal geputzt, oder Handtücher getauscht! Wir suchten diese Unterkunft wegen den Parkplätzen aus, jedoch war das nach dem Motto wer zuerst kommt hat Glück, so hatten wir zwar den Parkplatz bezahlt, jedoch nie parken können! Wirklich sehr enttäuschend… das Frühstück war zusammengestellt aus Produkten vom Discounter.. nix besonderes… das Servicepersonal war bemüht, jedoch waren es nur 2 Personen! Am Abreisetag kam bereits um 9:30 Uhr das Reinigungspersonal in unser Zimmer, während wir die letzten Sachen zusammenpackten… also definitiv NEIN! In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich sehr schöne Unterkünfte mit einer viel besseren Parksituation! Wir zahlten durchschnittlich 300...

Pokoje to jedna wielka tragedia w sumie to mała tragedia bo są tak małe że ciężko jest się pomieścić w 3 osoby a co dopiero w 4 łazienka jest taka mała że ciężko jest się odwrócić. W prysznicu zasłonka żółta przy odpływie od wiadomo czego mogli by zainwestować te parę euro i kupić szybę przesuwaną, jak wejdzie się w dwie osoby to jedna musi być w prysznicu a druga przy umywalce bo tak nie ma miejsca strasznie nie chigienicznie. Łóżka strasznie nie wygodne jak jest w dwójkę to dobrze nawet jeśli chodzi o spanie ale jeśli chodzi o trójkę albo czwórkę to śpi się na wersalkach ale bardzo starych i przedewszystkim bardzo twardych.

za lokalizację bo w miarę blisko restauracji, i portu, plaż obsługa również nie jest zła lecz jak od przewodnika usłyszeliśmy to podobno ludzie spod latarni...
