Haris (older brother ) Does not know how to talk to a guest , disrespectful in public.
He calls himself the owner of this house but in reality, his innocent parents who have no idea what has happened have built this house and given it to the boys to run it Sad for the parents….
Younger brother is kind and helpful but older brother has no respect for women
No body wash in the washroom. Kettle but no tea bags , green tea or coffee sachet, only empty box
Nothing for vegetarians in dinner menu. When we asked for just a warm piece of toast with butter as there was nothing for vegetarians in the menu , he said , I quote- “let me check if we have any bread left and you can warm it up yourself “
Made us ( and by us I mean my mom and I, 2 women ALONE! ) feel as if we’re in the wrong for asking questions which is natural since we’re tourists and tried to belittle us infront of guests instead of putting his point across politely.
Completely unnecessary, out of line and played below the belt. Likes to exaggerate in a conversation to keep an upper hand or satisfy his ego :-
I quote - “I have to go cook for 200 people now “
Did not clean our room even after we messaged them on the number provided and they replied saying - okey.
Place is nice , location is nice , host’s elder son is very very disrespectful and immature. He forgot that we PAID to stay there (he asked his own paid guests if we’re staying in his house or he in ours ), not for free . 22 year old child forgot who is paying for his bills , has LOTS to learn. Has Zero etiquettes.
He should get his training from Grand Lakes Rooms! Grand lakes Rooms has an excellent food menu and great hospitality, classy, well trained staff. As he is clearly not polished enough to be in the hospitality business.
Plitvice lakes is a one-time visit only so he needs to be careful about the branding and credibility of the house that is being built and not let his...
Read moreThis hotel is nice but is not as advertised. The rooms were pleasant, clean, and had AC which was nice. However, if you do not book through Booking.com or whatever other hotel website they advertise on, and book through the hotel website you must pay in cash upon arrival. This was news to me when I showed up as the website DOES NOT state this anywhere, and I went through it several times to double check. The owner was adamant that it does in fact state it but when I asked where, he failed to show me. He did not know his own website and said that the manager would contact me. A week later and I am still waiting to be contacted about this. I don't expect to hear anything back from them. When I booked the room, my receipt said that I would be charged half at the time of booking and half the day before check-in but this did not happen. The owner said they don't charge anything so why did the website tell me this? This is absolutely not okay and to make me feel like I was in the wrong for not bringing enough cash with me because I booked through the hotel website is a poor way to treat your visitors. I do not recommend this hotel. Nothing is included, you have to pay extra, in cash, for breakfast and dinner, and the beds...
Read moreOur 1at night experience was very warm as we were hosted by the younger brother but the 2 nd day was unimaginable, disrespected by the older brother/ host publicly . No respect for women , extremely ill mannered and badly behaved. It was appalling !!!!! While talking to the younger brother Harise the older brother jumped in and started mimicking me. I was left shocked and speechless !!! Fabulous parents and younger brother Harun !! Alas older brother Harise had no care for women guests and his rude approach unfortunately can ruin it for the rest of the family !! It’s Sad how he denies on top of it all !!!! I am 55 and his behaviour towards me was appalling !! I wish there was some sort of help around there !! So you all have been...
