Plitvice House Pox — Hotel in Općina Plitvička Jezera

A homely place maintained by a couple living close-by. They have a car as well to pick and drop you from the Plitvice National Park at a fair price. The location is very clean and peaceful, cosy rooms, cleaned bathrooms but not spacious, both outside and inside dinning are available. The staff is polite and friendly, understand German, English and of-course Croatians. They served breakfast buffet and dinner at fair price. We were staying in Zadar and had a trip to the lakes and decided to stay over the night for an early start in the park in the morning. After a couple of disappointing places we called at Villa Pox as it was showing available on the internet. Rosa showed us a spotless room and we were delighted at the price inclusive of breakfast and evening meal. We had a room with balcony for 3 adults. The room was great and clean. Marco and Family are fabulous host. They do serve a awesome dinner. I had calamari 2 days in a row, because it was simply that good. Breakfast was also great and plenty. If you leave hungry, it is your own fault.
