Royal Life Poseidon — Hotel in İskele Belediyesi

Absolutely the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. We booked via Booking.com what was presented as Long Beach Rental Apartments, but in reality, it turned out to be Royal Life Poseidon.

We stayed in room 120, which was dirty, unhygienic, and nothing like the description. Upon arrival, we found dirt and dead insects everywhere, a moldy shower and toilet, a broken toilet seat, filthy towels, and balconies covered in dust and bird droppings. The hot water was yellow and full of sand. There was no privacy at all, as only sheer curtains were provided, and the apartment directly faced the building opposite.

For our six-year-old child, there was no bed or bedding prepared, even though this was clearly stated in the booking. We had to prepare a sofa bed ourselves, and our child had to cry through cold showers. We ended up sleeping without a blanket ourselves.

On top of that, the electricity went out twice for more than 30 minutes in temperatures above 40°C, leaving us without air conditioning. The photos on Booking.com are misleading, and the name of the complex is incorrect.

When we reported this to Booking.com, the owner gave us the choice of either a refund or a proper cleaning. We opted for cleaning since we had nowhere else to go with our child. The owner promised this but never followed through. Instead, he kept blaming the cleaners, postponing, and constantly stringing us along. At one point, he even raised his voice at us.

This stay was a disaster and completely ruined our holiday. I strongly advise everyone against booking here.

We are now staying in South Cyprus, and this place could definitely take an example from the hygiene standards here. What a world...

Airbnb'den kiraladığım Kseniya hanım'ın stüdyo dairesinde ailemle birlikte 3 kişi konakladık. Havuzu temiz, sitede aqua saatleri haricinde neredeyse çocuk sesleri yok, araçlar için geniş bomboş otoparkı mevcut. Konum olarak site kapısının hemen karşısında market, yanında narin kafe ve bir adet pub mevcut. İskele sahile ve lunaparka 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde, sahilde şezlong kiralamadan bile denize girebilirsiniz. Ulaşım olarak narin kafe önünden gece firmasının otobüsleri geçiyor, detaylı hat bilgilerini görsel...

В общем то неплохо. Хорошо: до моря десять минут пешком, разумные цены аренды, полный комплект бытовой техники интернет новостройка. Из негатива: постоянно текут трубы или что то причем у многих, не единичный мой случай. В ванной после душа лужи регулярно, водонагреватель на балконе постоянно капает из предохранительного клапана.
