Lucca Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in İskele Belediyesi

We chose this place to celebrate our anniversary with my husband. We were offered a table in the glass veranda, where there was a billiard table. We placed our order: salmon pasta, beef steak, beef carpaccio, and drinks. We were warned that the drinks might be delayed because it was very busy. Everything was brought on time, which made us very happy. The carpaccio looked more like a pâté ((( The meat itself was decent. The only downside was that the white wine was very warm… We were served by a waitress named Alexandra — very attentive, thank you so much. But then a big girl waitress came over to give us the bill. Our food was still on the plates, and she started clearing it away, dumping everything into one plate right on the table like it was a trash service. I was shocked — it was very unpleasant. We paid the bill and wanted to sit a little longer and listen to the music, but that same awful waitress came back and started bringing dirty dishes and stacking them right next to our table… It was terrible. If you want to celebrate a special occasion here, I wouldn’t recommend it — your mood can be ruined...

Hi followers, i came here for my anniversary, i have to say the atmosphere is quite good, the 2 waitresses was helpful but keep disappearing, maybe they were busy doing something else. But when it comes for food. we shared penne alfredo pasta with shrimp that was great ! We really enjoyed it but when it comes for pizza , chef needs alot of education for understanding what pizza is. I asked for a margarita pizza we received a floppy garlic bread with alot of cheddar cheese on top and no tomato sauce. I complained asked for it to be redone or taken off my bill. They accept to remake it but unfortunately i received the same. Note: To chef , you don't put cheddar cheese on pizza. And especially if its margarita pizza you use mozzarella cheese. 3 of us went for dinner here nice atmosphere with live music, except the music was very loud was hard to have a conversation. We ordered a chicken wrap and 2 pizzas with chips, the chicken wrap and the portion of the chips came out and was a good 10 minutes before the pizza arrived which wasn’t good as we couldn’t enjoy the meal together, each time we ordered drinks they completely forgot and we had to ask again, there was a lot of staff on but very hard to get any service and we had to keep calling them to order a drink, pricey enough to as it is in the resort but there’s definitely much better outside the resort, the chips were ok and the pizzas were average wouldn’t be...
