Osman Ağa Hotel — Hotel in İskele Belediyesi

AVOID THIS HOTEL - ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING STAFF AND HOTEL. We called 4 weeks in advance and booked a family room and requested an additional single bed for our toddler. We stated we needed the room from 17th June - 24th June and this was confirmed and we paid the deposit. We arrived 3am on 18th, tried to check-in to be told rudely that they have only booked us from the evening of the 18th - 24th June and not the 17th as requested and was rudely told to leave by the man behind reception. The staff told us to come back the following day... We were then left outside at 3am with a crying three year old having travelled from the UK and the staff did not care and REFUSED to admit that they messed the booking up. Luckily we were able to check in to Sealife Hotel next door and returned the following day to Osman Aga only to be shown to a tiny room with one single bed and a babies cot, DESPITE US REQUESTING A DOUBLE AND AN ADDITIONAL SINGLE FOR OUR TODDLER. We told the rude old woman (Emine) that this isn't the room we booked so we won't be staying here and she refused to give us our deposit back. She continued to argue with my sister-in law over the phone refusing to admit she was at fault and refused to return our deposit. The owner and staff at this hotel are absolutely vile, they have zero respect for thier customers and are the rudest staff I have come accross in the whole of Northern Cyprus. MY ADVICE IS DO NOT STAY HERE. Choose Mimoza Hotel or Sealife Hotel next door which have friendly, helpful staff, and lovely rooms.

Osman Aga hotel are quick to take your money but not so good at admitting when they are in the wrong and point blank refuse to return our deposit money even though they were completely at fault.

I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction and gratitude for the wonderful experience our recent stay at Osman Aga Hotel provided.

The warm welcome we received upon arrival set the tone for a memorable stay. The front desk staff was not only professional and efficient but also genuinely friendly, making us all feel right at home. We appreciated the extra effort taken to accommodate our specific requests. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us with arranging local taxis and advising on the best places to go.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Osman Aga Hotel to friends, family, and colleagues, and I eagerly anticipate my next opportunity to visit and relive this exceptional experience.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel when I visited Cyprus on a family holiday and I honestly cannot come up with enough adjectives to describe how good it was. The staff are beyond friendly, with no hesitation to go the extra mile to help accommodate a request. They greet you with a warm welcome and look after you so well throughout the stay catering to every need. The rooms are kept in immaculate condition and the general ambience and vibe of the place is amazing. Would definitely stay here again and recommend...
