Cozy Apartment with Character – and a Pool That Wins Hearts

We arrived at the apartment to find it... buzzing – quite literally. A summer invasion of flying ants welcomed us, but it quickly turned into a minor detail thanks to the host: a cheerful, determined woman in her 60s who showed up out of breath, smiling, and completely unbothered by language barriers. No English, no German – just pure hospitality. My wife got a phone call from another woman who spoke English and kindly explained the formalities. Everything went smoothly from there.

The apartment itself is modest and simple, but the real star of the show is the pool. Warm water, not too big – just perfect. Our son Felix swam for five hours straight on the first day. After that, the family unanimously declared that “every place we stay must have a pool.” It became non-negotiable.

If you are looking for the accommodation and all other places are full, then you can sleep there. But please be aware, that there is no air conditioner, pool is only for the private use, no-one speaks english and while you are away, (visiting marvellous city) they enter into your room. There were one extra bed in our room, ready made. Coming back from the city tour we found, that all our clothes, underwear, personal stuff etc, which were placed into this extra bed, were moved away to take off the sheets from extra bed (and same happened with our friends as well). It means someone had to move all my things piece by piece. I hate that! So think twice, before you decide about this place! I...
