Extremely Disappointed – Reservation Cancelled Last Minute!

I am writing this review to share our deeply disappointing experience. We booked this pension well in advance, paid for our reservation, and followed all instructions from the owner. However, just three days before our scheduled arrival, the owner cancelled our stay, claiming a double booking.

This was supposed to be a long-awaited family gathering, with a large group including children who were incredibly excited. With such short notice, it was impossible to find alternative accommodation for everyone. The cancellation caused a lot of distress and ruined our plans.

A simple apology is not enough for this level of inconvenience and unprofessionalism. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values reliability and proper communication. Please be cautious when booking here, especially for important events or...

Měla jsem možnost tento penzion navštívit. Už nikdy se nevrátím. Koupený poukaz pro rodiče se ukázal jako velká chyba. Komunikace s kýmkoliv v tomto podniku byla příšerný. Chtěla jsem zrušit rezervaci, ale nikdo nebral telefon ani neodepisoval na email. Vyrazila jsem já na víkendový pobyt. Přijela jsem a zvonila 3x. Přišel pán, otevřel dveře a řekl... Nemám čas, tohle je váš pokoj. Pak přišla malá holka a řekla kdy je snídaně a kdy večeře. V ceně jsem měla mít ochutnávku vína. Pán (18 let) přišel už opilý a přiznal se, že měl pár piv a on bude už jen vyprávět. Další den mě přestěhovali zase do jiného pokoje. Měla být masáž a kosmetika, ale paní mi jako kompenzaci chtěla dát flašku vína, že masér i kosmetická jsou nemocny. Byl prodloužený víkend, tak předpokládám že odjeli na výlet. Dále měla být 3 Chodová večeře s biftekem. Když jsem přišla, tak bylo kuře s bramborovou kaši už na stole a na dotaz kde je předkrm, řekli, že předkrm nedělají, biftek se jim nevyplatí a půl palačinky stačí. Jedine co mělo hodnotu byla snídaně. Nechápu že lidem nevadí, že si něco zaplatí a tenhle penzion jim to nedopřeje a snaží se je obrat. Děkuji a už...
