Very peaceful place to stay. Everything is new and clean. Equipped with everything you need. The area trickey. The parking is in most cases on two levels. Access to the parking lot and the apartments is very easy.

Apartmány jsou moc hezké, světlé, čisté, nic tam nechybí. Instrukce, které vám dorazí před příjezdem, vás možná vyděsí, ale nic hrozného na procesu parkování a ubytování není, jen se to tak tváří :)) Toto ubytování jsem vybrala hlavně kvůli parkování, pokud by tam člověk měl v plánu jít pěšky, spíše bych doporučila zvolit něco jiného. Okolní prostředí není moc pěkné, všude odpadky, bezdomovci, na procházku bych to neviděla.

Nový a velmi dobře zařízený apartman. Měli jsme trochu problém s vjezdem do dvora, ale telefonicky vyřešeno. Bydleli jsme v intravianu a prostředí zde šedivé, neosobní. Možnost parkování OK. Večerní pěší cesta do města a především návrat je zážitek. Turecký bazar hadr.

Nový a velmi dobře zařízený apartman. Měli jsme trochu problém s vjezdem do dvora, ale telefonicky vyřešeno. Bydleli jsme v intravianu a prostředí zde šedivé, neosobní. Možnost parkování OK. Večerní pěší cesta do města a především návrat je zážitek. Turecký bazar hadr.

Awful. Filthy to the max. Cockroaches are disgusting and I even FOUND ON ME. I AM DISGUSTED. THIS IS NOT HYGIENE. UNACCEPTABLE. Cockroaches and bugs running around the "room" of this Internesto Brno Urban. And I got proof of that.

That destroyed my stay in Brno. I feel super dirty, even just by remembering I had to stay to this disturbing place. I had to change and get an ACTUAL hotel, that I obviously paid for.

The location? Could not be more...

Krásný zrekonstruovaný dům, moc hezký byt a krásná koupelna. Káva a čaj pro hosty super. Bohužel nebyla tam klimatizace, proto byl byt téměř neobyvatelný. Když jste otevřeli okno nesl se i v noci bytem silný hluk z ulice, když jste zavřeli horkem se nedalo dýchat. Upřímně lituji ty co tam budou v horkách. Kuchyně bohužel nepraktická. Bez myčky a s krásným ale nepraktickým dřezem. Nebyla tam trouba, jen jednoplotýnka a mikrovlnka pouze na ohřev. Koš na odpady pouze jeden pytel na týden. Ale byla tam pračka i práškem na praní což bylo fajn a v tom horku prádlo rychle uschlo. Okolí nebylo moc hezké.Brno sever. Ale do centra se dalo dojít cca 20 min. volnou chůzí. Pokud byla klimatizace tak bych dopuručila. Bez...
