Hotel Mezi švy — Hotel in okres Hradec Králové

We stayed here for a week and were so disappointed by the service it really let the hotel down. Upon arrival we were unable to access the hotel as they said booking.com had given them the wrong dates even though all my emails and confirmations had the correct dates on. It took over 30 minutes to get someone to answer the phone to help us so we were stood outside in a thunder storm. Once we did get through to speak with someone we were treated as if we were an inconvenience. On our first morning housekeeping let themselves in at 06:30 while we were sleeping which was not a pleasant experience, the hotel said they thought the room was empty! In the week we were there our beds were not made at all or bedding changed and no cleaning took place even in the bathroom which is poor as I feel this is a basic when staying in a hotel We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper and bin emptying when we bumped into housekeeping one morning Tea coffee and water was not replenished The rooms are very attractive and a lot of time had been put into the "look" , however not very practical with MINIMAL wardrobe space and nowhere to hang full length items plus only 4 hangers were provided. Breakfast in the cafe was nice but limited choice to "Cold Plate" then Scrambled eggs , A plate of 2 sausages or Oatmeal you could only choose one. I stayed at this hotel recently and overall, it had some positive aspects. The location was convenient, being close to the train station, and the room itself was clean and nicely appointed. However, the most significant drawback was the noise issue. The walls were incredibly thin, and you could hear everything happening in neighboring rooms, from showers and hair dryers to conversations and doors opening and closing. Byl jsem v hotelu ubytován na jednu noc . Moc se mi nelíbí popis na webu . Neni zde nikde uvedeno , jak konkrétně bude proces probíhat , ze je nutné stahovat nějakou aplikaci Bookolo. Nicméně pokoje jsou hezké ale uklízí se zde jen na oko viz. Fotografie . Fleky na koberci prach tam kde není vidět , u stropu pavučinky . Úklid bych si představoval lepší . Také odhlučnění pokojů je tragické , normálně jsem slysel pokoj naproti přes chodbu jak si lidé povídají . Snídaně také poskromnu, očekával sem pokud má hotel takové hodnocení bude na výběr více druhu pečiva a celkově výběr bude rozmanitější. K snídani pouze překapávaná káva která nebyla nic moc , chléb pouze bílý . Sladké pečivo vůbec žádné . Najíte se , ale vaše děti budou mít chléb s nutelou protože nic jiného tam pro děti není . Nicméně nakonec ten proces a vstupy a výstupy do pokoje a hotelu byli super a fungovalo to , ale chtělo by to dát na web lepší popis toho jak to funguje než to zjišťovat...
