Disappointing Breakfast Experience, despite Great Coffee.

Our visit in Hradec Králové started promisingly with its splendid coffee and charming atmosphere. The coffee was a delight – aromatic, rich, and expertly made. The café itself exuded a warm and inviting vibe that initially impressed me.

However, the breakfast experience was a letdown. We were kept waiting for a staggering 30 minutes for our meal, which is simply too long for something as basic as an Egg Benedict or an omelette. This wait was puzzling and frustrating, especially considering the simplicity of these dishes.

To add to the inconvenience, the table lacked basic condiments like salt, pepper, and brown sugar. It's a small detail, but it significantly impacts the dining experience, especially in a café that otherwise seems to pay attention to detail.

While the quality of the coffee and the café's ambiance are commendable, these positives were overshadowed by the unnecessary wait and lack of basic table essentials. Such oversights make me question the efficiency and thoughtfulness of the service. We left feeling let down, as it clearly has the potential to offer a much better experience. As it stands, I'm hesitant to recommend it for those seeking a pleasant and efficient...

We had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we were left waiting for over 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging us, offering an English menu, or attempting to help us navigate the language barrier. Not a single staff member made the effort to inform us they’d be with us shortly, leaving us completely ignored.

When we finally decided to leave because we had enough of the poor service, no one even attempted to convince us to stay or apologize for the inconvenience. It’s a pity that a business like this lost an easy 1000 CZK due to such unprofessional service.

The breakfast menu is one of the best ones I have seen in CZ. The staff is nice and friendly. The only negative things I have to say is that our coffee orders were mixed up, our triple espresso was mixed with a flat white. So my wife were shocked and felt hyped and anxious for half the day. The cup for the flat white was also a bit dirty. Would be great if they also had menu's in English :). Also it seems like we customers are a bit annoying when we ask for things that are not on the menu and we are met we rolling eyes, it doesn't really feel nice nor like a...
