The first thing to bear in mind with this accommodation is that it is basically a few rooms for rent within what is actually a beauty salon. Having said that, they clearly do offer a breakfast option if you want one, and indeed there is also a small kitchen on the first floor which I assume they would let you use should you wish to.||||Its location is not great if you want to be near the centre of town - it is about a 20 minute walk away. However it is pretty close to both the train and bus stations, and there is a restaurant about 100 yards away which looked like it would be a good option (we were there during a national holiday, so it was closed). We ended up in a triple room, as despite the note on our booking, they initially allocated my brother and I a double room! It was a decent size with a relatively small but modern bathroom (shower only), and the only big drawback from my perspective was that the skylight had no blackout blind on it, meaning that the sunlight streamed in from a very early hour.||||We only saw the 'receptionist' once, when we checked in, but it was never suggested that there would be someone available at all times - and this situation was obviously exacerbated by the holiday, which meant that the beauty salon was closed. ||||All in all I would say that this is a good, inexpensive option for anyone reasonably independent, ideally with a car or a willingness to do some walking, or someone breaking up a journey on public transport for a night. It certainly worked fine as a base for us, but if you were just going to Hradec for a night, I would head for the centre where there are some similarly priced options in a better location. ||||You would also probably find that the people in charge had more experience of the business which they were operating - there is a sense that well-meaning though they are, the people in charge are understandably not as aware of what is required of a B and B as they are in giving...

Great pension!! The rooms are very big, very clean and very comfortable. The land lady is very friendly although she doesn't really speak English, but that didn't really matter she will just show you what you need to know. The house is behind a fence that you can only open with a key, this gives a safe fealing. Myslím že velký plus je milá a ochotná paní domací, lokalita blizko centra a přestože vybaveni je starší tak pokoj byl krásně čistý, postel pohodlná.. Na druhou stranu stěny jsou jak z papíru a pokud hledáte místo pro odpočinek tak tady rozhodně ne! Slyšet jde opravdu vše a naneštěstí když narazíte jako my na rodinku se šíleně uřvaným až labilně hysterickým děckem tak to je pak v tomto zařízení průšvih.
