Hotel Harrachov Inn — Hotel in okres Jablonec nad Nisou

I had been visiting this hotel few years ago with my family and friends so I decided to come back this summer as we visit Harrachov every year.|It was only short two night stay with my brothers and everything was alright except of few things. We were meant to have a room with balcony but didn't have that in the end although the hotel was quite empty. Our room was on a ground floor at the edge of the hotel (next to the cleaning trolleys!) so there was no wifi signal and our tv wasn't working properly too which was quite annoying! I was also quite disappointed when I saw our towels - most of them had a big holes. I think that this is unacceptable in 3* hotel!!|Overall our room was nice and clean with amazing view over the mountain and super comfortable high beds - we even got bedroom with 2 big beds even though we were only three people. |Breakfast was very tasty and the choice was great, loads of fruit, vegetable, cereals an wide range of teas, I was only missing dairy free milk. It would be great if restaurant is opened a bit longer for people who don't want to have a half board. We had a go to a different place to have a dinner after we came back from a walk around 8pm. Kleines, annehmbares Hotel mit freudlichem Service. Preis / Leistung stimmen. Lage: Fast mittig des Ortes. In der 2. Reihe, 50m von Hauptstr. entfernt (ruhig) an einem kleinen Park mit Kinderspielplatz. Hinter dem Hotel Wiese und Aussicht auf die Skisprungschanze. Service: Alle sehr freundlich! Deutsch wird auch verstanden. Zimmerservice zuverläßig und ordentlich. Im Restaurant zügig. Gastronomie: Das Frühstück ist nicht überwältigend. Jeden Tag der gleiche Räucherkäse und die selbe Wurstauswahl. Eier, Wiener, Flakes, Kuchen, Obst und 2 Sorten Marmelade gab es auch. Kaffee, Wasser und Saft aus Automaten, kalte + warme Milch, Kakaopulver. Abendessen immer mehrere Sorten Fleisch und Beilagen. War nicht üppig und besonders, aber völlig ausreichend und dem Preis angemessen. Zu bemängeln war eigentlich nur die sehr enge Bestuhlung. Der Bereich ist eindeutig viel zu klein und man sitzt sehr ungemütlich. Bei gutem Wetter kann die angrenzende Terrasse mit genutzt werden. Unterhaltung: WLAN kostenlos in der Lobby und im Restaurant. In der oberen Etage eine großzügige und gut ausgestattete Spielecke und (zu unserer Zeit nicht genutzte) Bar. Zi.: Schlicht, aber sauber und ordentlich, große Dusche, genug Stauraum, immer saubere Handtücher, Betten gut (hart), sehr gute Kissen, Flachbildschirm (leider nur ZDF, Pro7). Kein Safe im Zimmer. Fenster leider nicht anklappbar. Tip: Der Ort ist einfach super zum Wandern geeignet, weil sehr viele verschiedene Strecken von hier ausgehen. Mummelbachwasserfall ist Pflicht! Very bad surprise. I do not recommend this hotel at all if looking at cost/benefit. Not renovated rooms. Bath room very unconfortable. Prices of beverages at bar like from 4stars hotel while this hotel is worse than some 2stars hostels. First evening there was not warm watter and we were told this might happen? Offered meal in half pension not superb. Breakfast ok but dinners not. Service at the hotel and staff overall not adequate to 3 stars hotel. Only positive thing is location...
