Restaurant review: We ordered: turkey roulades with spinach(239KC), pork goulash(239KC), venison goulash(239KC), lamb shank (389KC), and duck leg(289KC). As you can see, the restaurant offered a wide selection of meats, which made us a bit concerned about the quality. Fortunately, everything tasted quite good. A minus for the taste of the knedlíky (Czech-style dumplings), which we usually really enjoy, but this time we didn’t find them very tasty. Read moreBest pension I have ever stayed in. They did everything they could to accommodate us. Personnel speaks German and/or English very well. Our very special thanks to Herman for helping us with everything he possibly could. We were really bummed out that we had to leave early for personal reasons. First night we were the only guests staying at Roubenka. In the morning we had our very own breakfast at the time we requested it. Read moreJust spent two days in this lovely little pension with my kids. Small, traditional pension in a very good location for the centre of town and ski slopes (both 5 mins walk). Free parking. Room decor is typical for Czech pensions, but it was very quiet and clean. Only about 5 rooms so intimate. Good breakfast buffet and also a great traditional Czech restaurant for lunches/dinner. Heavy traditional Czech fare....
