Positive: Hotel has a look of a new renovated building. Decoration inside is also nice. Great view from the restaurant and friendly service in the reception. Rooms are big and very clean. Room temperature is fine and no problem with the heating system. Reasonable price. Hotel is mainly for families and also there is a children room. Very quiet and relaxing area (located on the top of the hill, around 1,5km away from Pec Pod Snezkou center.) ||Negative: Not accessible by car without chains during snow time. It takes 25 min to walk to center, and you are exhausted due to climbing the hill on the way back. The lady at the restaurant was unfriendly. Even she told us that we can not take a second package of honey on the open buffet breakfast and we are kicked out of restaurant every morning exactly at 10:00am because breakfast...

Hotel has been renovated, rooms are quite big and very clean.||||BUT in winter time, the road to the hotel is not accessible (because of snow and ice), the hotel provides no transfer service from the parking in the town of PEC. Therefore you need to carry on your luggage UP to the hotel (about 1km)...||It could be ok for a "penzion" but not for a 3 stars hotel!!!||||Average service, food ok but nothing special.||||It is not worth the price (from 80 euros for 2 people/night). Everything about this place makes you feel at home. The host is fabulously friendly, the breakfast plentiful, the garden in pristine condition, the dog was welcome and the view just takes your breath away. You are right at the foot of a mountain trail to take you right to the top. The town of Pec Pod Schnezkou offers good food at very good prices. Our top tip would be to visit this resort in June, as July and August is high season and it gets busier. This is a great hotel and we cannot recommend it highly enough!...
