Pension Cortina — Hotel in okres Trutnov

The owner Eva or the grandfather were really nice. The room has a small kitchen which is very good. You have space.. plates, cups... the toilet has good conditions.|| I did not like the fact that they say that they speak English but it's not true. They speak Russian,  Polish (similar to Czech ) and German. If my bf wouldn't speak German... well.||Another point and very important, usually you never loose the sight from your documents. Here she wants to know where is your ID number (again, because does not understand english)  and take it inside to fill the documents of check in... And after.. like 20 mins later she comes to you to give. I did not like. It is my ID.  I don't even know if it's legal. Someone can steal, make copies... etc... in every place I went I see everything and I fill or there is someone in the computer in front of me. |Last thing I did not like, not receiving a receipt. I sign the receipt (I think was that) at the end of the stay, but no receipt was given to me... so.. I don't  have any prove of my stay or of payment, since everything is done with money only. This in my country would be a case of a fiscal inspection and a lot of troubles.||Besides, you need to give 2 shower towels or you should advise people to bring from home. Give a medium one that is the default for the hand or hair after the shower and a small one from 'bidé', does not let you cover yourself to dry whenever you go out...

Super ubytování, v centru Velké Úpy, přímo přes ulici proti lanovce Portášky. O pár metrů výše vlek Modřín. Zastávka skibusu přes ulici, Pec skibusem za pár minut / Jánské Lázně cca 20 minut. Přímo v objektu je malý obchod s potravinami. Parkování přímo u penzionu.

Měli jsme pronajmutý velký apartmán v nejvyšším patře. Apartmán je opravdu veliký pro rodinu úplně ideální, skvěle vybavený, krásně zařízený. Ložnice je super a velká, vedle ložnice ještě komůrka s jednou postelí. Dále pokojíček pro 2 děti - max cca do 10-11 let, starší se vyspí na rozkládacím gauči v obýváku. Apartmám měl perfektně vybavenou kuchyň, což nás opravdu mile překvapilo.

Paní je neskutečně příjemná, starostlivá a je vidět, že je pro ni opravdu důležité, aby hosté měli vše, co potřebují a strávili v penzionu příjemnou dovolenou.

Celkově jsme byli s pobytem velmi spokojeni a určitě se ještě někdy...
