Hotel Savannah — Hotel in okres Znojmo

We enjoyed our stay. The food was very delicious! You can see that the hotel is not new, but is being kept in a good condition.

Unfortunately, there are some problems I would like to mention:

1. The water in the pool is cold. We were there in the winter time and it was cold to get into the water.
2. I booked a pregnancy massage per email, also on the website it was mentioned that pregnant women can get 30 min back massage. When I got there, nothing was prepared for a pregnant woman. Usually I lay on the one side and then on the other with a pillow between my legs, but here was just a table with the hole to lay on the belly and I am 8 months pregnant! When I asked about it, the masseur said that she doesn’t do pregnancy massages and I have to sit. I could not enjoy my massage for the fullest, because seating is difficult a that stage.
3. There are not a lot of utilities provided by the hotel. The shampoo and shower gel 2in1 was poor. No cotton tampons, ear sticks or even a shower cap.

I would come back again in this hotel, and will be happy to see that my comments were appropriated....

A lot of money has been put into this hotel and I dont mean just the casino next door! It is really quite impressive in so many aspects, really has quality fixtures and fittings everywhere no expense was spared. Sitting in the lobby/restaurant area you could imagine you are a fine hotel in paris or the middle east easily. The staff could be a bit more customer focused and energetic. ||Food was fairly good, breakfast was of a pretty good standard also. Great parking inside and outside, amenities in the hotel also very good.||Rooms are of good quality and fresh but I found the beds rock hard and not supportive, some may like this of course but I didn't sleep well.||Retail park over the road selling more than you need plus a complex of supermarket, pet shop/restaurant, kids theme park, chinese cheap tat market selling all 'genuine' brands despite some spellings, a plane restaurant (no u eat on an old russian passenger jet!) with very expensive below average food. This wonderful hotel is in the middle of beautifully maintained farmland with lovely views of tilled fields on gently rolling hills. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom had a huge tub and plentiful hot water. The staff are extremely pleasant and they are all Czech people. We enjoyed meeting them very much. There is a giant shopping center across the street but at the Savannah hotel it is quiet in the mornings with doves cooing and we saw hawks and other birds. The breakfast buffet food is very good and included fried eggs among other delicious offerings. They had loose tea in jars and teapots so you can make very nice tea, There is honeycomb so you know you are getting real honey, and there were real Moravian kolaches.
