I CAME TODAY 30TH OF MAY 2024 AROUND 16:39:54 PM I CAME TO BUY A GIFT TO MY MOTHER from Guess shop HOWEVER IT TURNED TO BE A RUDE PURCHASE BASED OF THE FACILT MEMBERS WHO WERE IN THE STORE MY PURCHASE COST 3640,00 CZK HOWEVER I ASKED FOR MY TAX FREE ONCE I ASKED FOR IT SHE STARTED BEING RUDE AND NOT HELPING ME TO PROCEED IN MY TAX AND MADE HERSELF THAT SHE DONT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH and I showed her in translation application to make it easier even though I already know that she was being rude AND START LAUGHING AND MAKING JOKES BECAUSE AM PUTTING A COVER ON MY HAIR BASED ON MY NATIONALITY SHE TOUCHED ME TO LAUGH ON MY NECKLACE I DIDNT LIKEIT because no one should be touched by anyone HOWEVER I AM PAYING MY OWN BILL BY MY OWN MONEY and she made it look as their is no tax free in the shop so once I went out I saw the sign of tax free on the front glass of the shop of global blue how ever purchasing any thing SHOULD MAKE THEM HAPPY TO RAISE THE SALES IN THE SHOP NOT TO BE BULLIED BY ANY ONE THIS IS A BAD IMAGE OF THE COUNTRY AND FOR THE SHOP AS WELL “GUESS” SHOP I NEED SOMEONE TO DO A THING ABOUT IT ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT WE SEE PEOPLE BEING SO RASECT TO ARAB PEOPLE WE COME WE RESPECT WE SMILE AND WHEN ANYONE VISIT OUR COUNTRY WE WELCOME THEM WITH LOVE AND LET THEM FEEL HOME.

This is a Total rip off, the shopping list was long and we shopped nothing. We went in Geox Shoe store and the same shoes in Vienna in shop were 20€ cheaper than in outlet. The shop assistant laughed at me and said it’s GEOX and we should buy in Vienna. Same as in Tommy shop as in Guess store everything is normal price or may be 1-2€ less. The indoor shopping is the only thing and that’s why one star. The food area is ok, in pizzeria we waited 25 minutes and were recommended to go some wherever place but not there. The Duty free is always the same and the hair saloon is not that cheap. Sorry but no more...

Actually pretty cool but if you lose something there it may just be gone I was trying to get my ring back that I lost yesterday (08.11.2025) at burger king I was there with my grilfriend to dine in at approximately 8:07 - 8:33 pm and forgot my ring jewelry (colour: black) at the table right next to the soft drink dispenser unfortunately nobody took it to the info station or found anything, which makes me really sad as that was a gift from my gf.
