The hotel doesn't have a reception- everything is dealt with by the restaurant staff, who are very nice and polite. Make sure you tell them any requests you have (like new towels, toilet paper, etc) as without your clear indication the room will not be cleaned. the restaurant is open between 11 and 21 so any requests not within these hours will not be dealt with. ||||The room was nice, clean and quiet. Bathroom had a really good shower. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, but the downstairs area had a tea/coffee machine free of charge. ||||The restaurant had a relaxed outdoor area where hotel customers could relax. ||||Altogether I would recommend...

I traveled to the island for work, which is very beautiful. Aakirkeby is a beautiful small town, however, I did not like the hotel. There is only someone serving breakfast in the morning. The rooms are small, the furniture was fine, but the bed was very uncomfortable! Too soft. There is no air conditioning in the room and I couldn't sleep at night because of the heat! The service is very bad! I had to call four times for the invoice, which I could only deliver to my company late. Next time I will definitely look for another...

I suggest this hotel to people who wants to sleep with comfort, but don't want to pay a lot for it. Great hotel compared to the price. Sweet personal. For was good. Local and national beer. The town has some interesting churches, but the fun evenings are at the larger...
