Hotel Gran Real Punta Cana — Hotel in Higüey

This place is horrible! I don't even know where to start. We had a problem with our flight back home and booked this place for one night. We were there maybe 12 hours. It felt like a cheap motel. The sheets were stained and dirty. Room was filled with mosquitoes and little lizards. The windows in one room didn't lock and the chain on the door was broken. The water smelled like sewage and they dont flush toilet paper there. There was a bar feet from the place with blaring music and drunkards making noise all night. Este hotel no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto, tienen un mal servicio y no obstante a eso, pasa la noche entera con una música a todo volumen y vociferando, cuando nos quejamos , ni caso nos hacen, dicen tener comprobante fiscal y te cobran y luego que te cobran te dicen que no está disponible en ese momento que a la hora de salida está listo, y cuando hace el chekin out, te dicen que aún no está disponible que lo mandes al número de ellos para mandarla cuando esté listo, pero si le dice cuando sería eso te dicen que no saben, el desayuno no es el mismo hotel, te cobran un monto por el desayuno y te sale con un huevo revuelto y un pan cuadrado lleno de mantequilla partido a la mitad, no volveré a reservar con...
