Serena Village — Hotel in Higüey

I commend all the hard working construction crew for what they accomplish, new buildings and pools coming along fast. Now, I'd like the developers, admin and management to come on down and clean up the garbage that floats around, left over from lunch containers, tile boxes, concrete bags, plastic wrap and more.

Security guards are always present, doing a good job. The unit I rent has GREAT owners, but it's hard to have any pride or appreciation for Serena Village when the landscaping and ground care is smeared with refuse, by those who simply don't care nor have any typical common respect for others, their work site, their community or...

Clean, modern, guarded estate. Apartments in good condition, fine blend of local and international guests, residents and temporary stayers. Pool and garden facilities with restrooms well kept. The modern block buildings, although comfortable for long and short stay lack a bit of charm, at least from the outside. All kind of local shops in walking distance outside the compound. Very clean. The building Manager Manuela is a sweet young lady, so intensive. Her willing to help and knowledge was appealing to me. I don't speak spanish. I'm glad she was there to assist me with all my needs food ordering and directions Covid testing, Airport. I was having problem with washer/dryer machine Manuela helped me with the laundry and I lost light power how to reconnect. Punta Cana is beautiful island with nice people. Will highly recommend.
