Let’s see. Arrived on Friday afternoon June 01, 2018. Everyone “appeared” service oriented. Janel and Lury were but the hotel service is HORRIBLE Our room was HOT no A/C working. I didn’t get my key until late but that might not be all their fault however when I got in my room number 9127 it was BURNING HOT. I was already warned by 14 families using check in that they had moved them so much they could no longer move them. I had to call 5 tines finally a technician came & spent about 10 minutes trying to fix. He was nice he called and told front desk he couldn’t get it working and it was CALIENTE They loved me next door to a cool room but it took almost to 5am as the bailmsn was just standing outside because the do not disturb sign was on the door. Really? So I go the next morning to the check in and they say that they can see I didn’t get into my room until 3:30am and they can see the issue was noted BUT I need to see guest services to discuss a refund for 1 night. I went there..two guys who work there said I need to speak to the “manager”. He said the manager would call me yesterday. STILL NO CALL and when we go he keep saying he can’t maje a decision and the manager has to do it but still no manager. We can’t get towels. It takes FOREVER and we damn near have to act a fool to get towels! Then the food situation is horrible. Can’t eat until 6pm if you miss the buffet that closes early and it’s food in the back at Villa Marina or something but it’s garbage! Workers say Hola so that’s cool but the service is horrible food us horrible and the pool closed at 7:00pm...why???? We are on VACATION ‘ we can stay at home and have a better time in Dallas Texas. I travel a lot and the people harass you to do the time share stuff but why would I do that? Why would I give you 60 if my minutes for a damn beach bag, T-shirt and hat with YOUR LOGO on it when I don’t even like your hotel or service? I told them No I will not give them no more time. I called and paid extra to change my flight and go home EARLY!! Don’t stay here. Save yourself! Poor customer service, bad food, pool closes at 7, no turn up for adults. They talk nice on the phone but don’t fulfill your request. It’s crazy. Horrible. I will not stay here ever or any hotel or property dealing with this company.
