Taina Resto Kreyòl — Restaurant in Higüey

I was vacationing in Punta Cana and discovered this place by accident, awesome location, service is typical for haitian restaurant. I called the owner recently, asked for price to bring a group of tourist there, for my upcoming wedding, its been days and still waiting.... There are many options in Punta Cana, all i wanted to do is show support to my fellow countrymen. Instead of apologizing and offering to do be better, you are obviously not the person i have been in contact with, if you truly want to know how i was disrespected , and called after my review, i have the recordings if you like, if you truly are the owner you should investigate what happened, again great location and food, but service was not great, and i am being nice by leaving the details out, i said nothing...

Sadly I took an uber to get to this destination (30 min) out based on the reviews- but upon arrival their meal options were limited. I was really disappointed - having done the drive. The female staff cashier spoke English- assisted but was not super pleasant. I went around 12/1pm on a Monday but the food options were limited (chicken and rice only). I did not get to try the food. My family and I found this gem and so pleased to have found it! The food was freshly made, it was delicious, and our server was very pleasant. She had such a kind spirit.
