Beautiful Place with a Great View, but the Service Needs Improvement

Maximum Rooftop is a stunning venue with a spectacular view of the city, creating a wonderful ambiance. However, the service was extremely disappointing.

Even though I was excited to visit, the experience turned out to be a letdown. Upon arrival, there was an issue with my reservation, which I understand—mistakes happen. However, once we were finally seated, 15 minutes went by, and not a single staff member approached us. We felt completely invisible.

After waiting with no service, we decided to get up and leave. I also noticed that the menu was damaged, which gives a bad impression for such a beautiful place.

It’s unfortunate that a location with so much potential is overshadowed by poor service. The restaurant wasn’t busy, so there was no apparent reason for the lack of attention. I truly hope the management takes action to improve these issues because this rooftop has everything it takes to be an...

I had high hopes for this restaurant—so high that it was our first stop when we landed in Santiago. Unfortunately, I had to leave before even placing an order due to the terrible service.

We sat there for nearly 35 minutes without a single server coming over. We tried to catch someone’s attention multiple times, but no one acknowledged us. I’m at a loss as to how this level of service could be acceptable. After waiting in vain, we decided to leave without ever having ordered.

It’s truly frustrating to go into a place with the intention of enjoying a nice meal only to be met with such neglect. I won’t be returning, and I certainly won’t be recommending it to anyone. If you can’t manage basic customer service, you won’t be getting...

I had a reservation for 6:15pm. Our group arrived early. The reservation was for 6 people. The staff didnt want to accommodate for us because we were dark skin. We asked for the manager Fernando/Reynaldo he was at the bar in suits but did not come to the table. The waitressessaid in spanish the blacks want to complain. So since i was with mu kids and waited so longbthey had their dry pasta, over cooked rib eye and salty fish. We paid 12, 000 pesos for trash only thing nice here is the location amd the drinks.
