Read more😊: I liked nothing NOTHING about this property!!! Location was misrepresented as next to the lake but was in fact in town center. We could not not eat the dinner as included because it was inedible and the room was very cold. The wood furnace was not working and they would not add wood. We didn't go to breakfast due to the cold temperature outside and the night before.. 😢: Everything could have been better!! In over 50 years of international travel this is the WORST hotel experience I have had!!! This hotel should be removed from working with Booking.com which we use all the time in our international travels. The property completely misrepresented itself. To summarize: WIFI did not work, not toilet supplies in room, no reception from 1400 to 1500 (had to walk around town to find someone to help us find how to check in, no sign at reception on how to check in), windows too dirty or fogged to see out, heater stopped working about 1:00 am with temperature at 0 degrees Celsius, too cold in room in morning to shower, dinner was inedible and not what we requested at check in, requested receipt for $120.00 US cash payment but was denied at time of payment. no electric outlet beside bed and lamp. This was a miserable hotel experience in everyway imaginable. I believe I should be due to a full or significant refund for this stay. Please inform me regarding to what can be done to compensate me for this horrific Booking.com hotel stay.
With thanks and best regards, Dr....
