Hotel HRG — Hotel in Guayaquil

This hotel was on 2 extremes! ||The staff were generally exceptional, very helpful and on the first we got breakfast in bed. On day 2 breakfast did not arrive before 10:30am and we needed to go out, this was disappointing leaving us hungry before a city tour. ||Location was ok and the bed was comfortable. ||However, the hotel needs to invest in new pillows as they were beyond lumpy. ||But worst of all was the sense of danger in the bathroom.
