Good location; allthough centrally located not much noise from parties. Manager Santiago was super helpful and welcoming. The room was large and had freezer and kitchen, but unfortunately no decent chairs (just stools). All together a recommendable place to stay.

Mind you: payment in cash only (sometimes an exception can be made) as about everywhere in Mompiche - take enough cash with you, for the only ATM did not work with foreign (debit or credit) cards even though the ATM had a Maestro/Cirrus sign. Taking a bus to the next ATM is not really an option: about 3 to 4 hours return (and no garantee that...

Beautiful hotel right on the beach front. We stayed in the studio apartment which had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen was great, bathroom super cute and living area really comfortable. La Casa is also just off the main street so it's super close to town but still really nice and quiet. The owners are so friendly and are really involved in the local community, they are really helpful and helped us out loads. I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay...

La Casa Momphice è un ostello a pochi passi dall’oceano. La camera era essenziale, ben pulita, mentre l'esterno presenta i tratti tipici della zona (davvero bello). Il bagno è piccolo, la doccia fredda (sfido chiunque a trovare l'acqua calda in una simile zona, così isolata, poco densamente popolata e al contempo arretrata). La colazione era buona, il servizio di lavanderia ottimo, l'atmosfera estremamente rilassante. Io e la mia famiglia ringraziamo I gestori di Casa Momphice per l'esperienza che ci hanno fatto vivere. Chi va a Momphice deve dimenticare obbligatoriamente i confort del vivere quotidiano, ed immergersi a fondo nell'atmosfera unica che quel luogo sa farti respirare. Momphice va preso per quello che è: un piccolo villaggio di pescatori, semplice, ma bellissimo.
