Hostal Moai — Hotel in Parroquia Manglaralto

We travel in family. For sure we where advised that montanita is a party town. Just Don’t go to montanita if you expect to sleep quietly, and do not party. ||However, hostel moai, very close to ocean, room very clean, All the staff was very kind with us thanks to all of you, and specialy Rodrigo our new friend for ever.||We also met Hans an artist painting a murale in our hostel. Of note was the EXCELLENT breakfast here - choice of eggs or french toast (highly recommend the french toast!). There's a shared kitchen and filtered water. The people here were very friendly, but be warned: definitely a party crowd. We were sometimes a little bothered by the noise level, but most people stay in Montanita to party so I guess it comes with the territory. Your still far from the REAL noise of the party section of town, which is good. The beach is a stone's throw away. Room was cleaned daily, and everything was spotless. We booked 3 nights in a dorm and we loved it so much that we extended it twice! Rooms are spacious and very clean. There is room cleaning service every day. We had also private bathroom in our room. We really enjoyed breakfasts with eggs, bread, fruits, marmalade and fresh pressed juice. Also location was quite convenient. It is not in the center of the village so you don't hear all the noise and parties. You can get there by foot in just 2 minutes to party and still sleep...
