This hotel was booked for us on a very expensive tour we were on.We were told it was a three star hotel. What a joke.||One of the worst hotels we've ever stayed in. Shower was leaking when we first arrived , they fixed it but the cover for the shower head was just resting on the top and there were wires as the water was heated through the shower head.||||There were cobwebs on the walls, the shower area was full of mould as was the shower||curtain and it was generally grotty and dirty.There was a pile of dirt/dust under one of the beds and the floor was sticky. Read moreI slept in room 502 on the beautiful upper floor balcony. The room was spacious and well laid-out. However, the shower had only cold water with low pressure during the entire stay. The sink by the bed began spraying out the sides when it was turned on; it looked like it was not connected properly. Worst yet, next to it was a live wire + outlet hanging and resting next to the sink! See pics. All night there was a loud sound of a compressor making it hard to sleep.
Aside from that, I still found it a decent hotel for a large group. Staff was helpful, but in all honesty I could only rate this 3 only 4 out of five when...
Read moreThis is a comfotable hotel that is around 10 minutes walk from the airport. The hotel collected our bags when we landed. It was a nice introduction to the Galapagos Islands to have a relaxing walk to our first hotel The staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms comfortable and air conditioned. The hotel is just a very short walk to the beach front and local restaurants but far enough away for a good night's sleep (couldn't hear the sea lions!).
