This hotel is situated on a large piece of property with beautiful grounds full of vibrant flowers, lots of beautiful birds, and a lot of meticulously planted bamboo and plants. The rooms are nice, I stayed in a two story room that would sleep 3-4, two toilets, air conditioning and one shower. The room was very clean however the mattresses were very firm. I thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the pool while other members of my group said that the stem room and hot tub were very nice. We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant on site. Both meals were good and the service was great. ||I spent about 2 hours exploring the grounds. There is a very nice bamboo structure that looks like it would be great event space for a wedding or party. There are also two very unique bridges made of bamboo that you can walk across. Muy poco profesionales y con un trato terrible a los clientes. Estuvimos este fin de semana que pasó por esta hosteria y por desgracia casi nos dejan sin habitaciones. Éramos un grupo de más de 20 estudiantes y su falta de seriedad se dejó ver por todo lado. Una de las estudiantes hizo la reserva como parte de su trabajo de la materia Operaciones turísticas y se contacto con la hostería, bloqueando la fecha Sábado 22 de Enero de 2023. Si alguien revisa con un calendario esa fecha no existe, es Sábado 21. Este poco profesional staff toman la reserva y bloquean está fecha inexistente y no envían, ni un mail de confirmación ni nada y asumen que era el domingo 22 cuando la gira de los estudiantes ya habría terminado. Por casualidad se les contacta para confirmar un par de cosas, nos topamos con la triste noticia de que nos esperaban al siguiente día. Se habla con la persona que atiende el teléfono y nos dice que no hay problema y que vayamos no más. Cuando llegamos nos cuentan que "no nos van a cobrar la noche extra" y que solo nos van a cobrar $5,00 dólares adicionales por persona por qué si. Tenían suficientes habitaciones sino que simplemente se pusieron a inventarse cobros que no existen. La chica del counter llamó a la administradora que llegó súper mal presentada y desde el principio con actitud pasivo agresiva a tratarnos mal. Se puso a dar consejos de lo que se debe enseñar a los estudiantes cuando este lugar hizo alarde de mala administración. Se puso agresiva y prácticamente nos tiro las llaves y se pusieron a tomar fotos del grupo. Es inaceptable que estás personas tengan un manejo tan poco profesional. Es verdad que la estudiante se equivocó y ella lo sabe, sin embargo como se les ocurre bloquear una fecha inexistente y además, sin confirmar nada por mail ni por Whatsapp y peor aún, jamás se contactaron con el grupo para nada después de un par de mensajes por el WhatsApp. Jamás recomendaría este lugar. Es más sugiero que eviten este lugar a toda costa por el trato que dan a sus clientes, por la grosería de su administradora y por el poco profesionalismo con el que tratan sus negocios. El lugar está mal tenido además, por qué ni siquiera está bien. Deberían cambiar de administración y meter dinero para refacciones y adecuaciones. En este lugar no se cuida los detalles ni la razón de ser de una hosteria que se supone tenía su renombre. Le pongo una estrella por qué no hay como poner...
