Hotel Alborada Riobamba — Hotel in Riobamba

Two stars, because of the good shower.

The Hotel is not welcoming and not the cleanest. Also trash underneath the bed.

The toilet flush was broken. The staff tried to repair it, but then he says that we need to live with it. NO discount for this inconvenience! He said every time we want to flush we need to need to pull a thing inside the cistern, which means grabbing something on the ground under the water.

This hotel is way too high priced! Even without this a broken toilet in the room. For 25$ a night we slept in much...

Room was reasonably clean and it is located near the bus station and within walking distance to city centre, restaurants and points of interest. Staff don’t interact with guest well. Toilet struggled to flush and the hotel is noisy, you hear everything from the street and from within the hotel. Tv in the room didn’t work and the kitchen is not very good, lack of utensils. Quiet, great location near the bus station. Near great food. Can use kettle in kitchen for instant coffee and sit in lounge. Sweet family staff. Great view from roof!
