We decided to make a trip from Guayaquil to Riobamba. We heard about this Hotel from references of near friends. The front desk wasn't friendly and talkative at all. The facilities of the entire Hotel were poor, we expected a spa or some place to relax but the unique option was the bathroom that wasn't very light well at all. The breakfast didn't cover many options and for the money we paid it was very awful, and smell like food in all the places of the lobby.|The waitress and help desk didn't help us either as long we decided to ask them for an advice or help.|The Hotel need to exchange the furniture of the living room, bathroom, and pillows. |In conclusion for the next time we never go back, they need to improve a lot, but what we can expect from a town that is call city such...

The ambiance of the restaurant is appropriate...at least for us. Could improve the dinner menu....more variety...more local dishes.
