HOTEL CHIMBORAZO — Hotel in Riobamba

Staying one night at the hotel in group context we (as a couple) were put into one of their double suites. Even though it was a double room everything including towels were singular. The whole bathroom smelled of some chemical cleaning stones that were left behind by presumably the cleaners. The suite overlooked some weird dead corner of the building that seems to be used to store building materials. To their credit we could switch to the next room quite fast, which was also not well prepared in any way, with a view on the same weird corner.. Everything from the restaurant from the rooms are very good. If you're looking for a stay in Riobamba, this is the place. It is very quiet, you can actually sleep here; it is not like other places near the center of the city. They have a pool but I'm not risking neumonía in this cold weather. The food in the restaurant is very good, they offer a nice selection of meats and pasta for dinner.
