Hostería Quinta "Los Chillos" — Hotel in Sangolquí

Not very good. I guess ok for the area? Not the cleanest or the dirtiest I’ve been in. But all around not pleased. The lighting in the room is so dim it’s like being in a hotel room filled with bed lamps. Hot water takes almost 10 minutes to warm up and the pillows are as flat as pancakes. Also, the pool stinks and smells all around dirty. If you ant to use the “gym” don’t even think about it. The weights are all rusted and the bike’s belt is off. Looks like the floors weren’t cleaned in weeks. Only thing that is making me give 2 stars is that the staff are friendly. But beyond 8:30 no one answers the phone if you need something. The location it's really good near everything in town, rooms are very small and they don't have any ventilation. Also in the bathroom there isn't any ventilation so imagine taking a shower or doing something else there you are in trouble lol.
