El Español — Restaurant in Quitumbe

El Español is really good in some branches but definitely here in Quicentro sur NOT at all. We asked for a turkey sandwich and some drinks and it was so disappointing 😑 they delayed a lot in the order, the sandwiches weren't tasty or even fresh and place in general was very dirty, my table was very sticky I don't know why but I try to not put my elbows over the table. This is the first time that I visited it and no! There are other branches for example in "El bosque" that one is so good 👍. I think this restaurants' chain are really good but I don't know why this branch in Quicentro sur it is the opposite I didn't like the service. It was really slow, the cleaning is awful and they don't care about the customer's service because they didn't apologise for the delay just brought me my juice and that's it. Un lugar que desde afuera parecería que tiene un exelente comida y que dispone de todo lo que oferta, primero la atención al cliente por parte de los que atienden en mi experiencia fue mala les hace falta unas buenas capacitaciones de atención al cliente porque si no fuera que el establecimiento queda en un centro comercial bien situado las personas no regresarían, y como otro punto cuando vas a solicitar tu pedido te encuentras q no hay las opciones de pan o los productos q ofertan en fin no puedes hacer el pedido con los que gustaría comer si no que te toca pedir lo que ellos les sobra o lo que disponen en ese momento por según el que despacha se les a terminado pésima atención no regresaría por ese lugar hasta los sándwiches que venden de dolar tienen mejor trato al cliente y mejores productos con mejor stock de lo...
