Hotel Aeropuerto Tababela Hosteria Mi Huasipungo — Hotel in Tababela

As a young female travelling alone I wanted to stay close to the airport between flights instead of going all the way in to Quito. I should have been more worried about this hotel, I arrived and almost all of the lights were out and all of the amenities listed (restaurant, pool etc) were closed. The airport transfer was not complimentary as expected but I had to pay cash, then on being taken to my room, via another dark, unlit corridor, the receptionist opened my door by opening the window from the outside and reaching through to the door to unlock it from the inside. I was told I would not be getting a key for this room. I swiftly changed hotels after paying in cash at check in as their card machine wasn't working either. Would...

We loved out 2 nights here. Myself and 3 sons were together in 1 room and we each had our own bed. A $10.00 taxi ride to Quito airport which is about 15 minutes away. The host and hostesses were wonderful. The grounds were beautiful. Swimming pool. Breakfast in the morning is included. I would definitely stay here again especially because of the proximity to the airport. Quito airport is about an hour away from Quito so for early flights it is a bit far but Tababela Hosteria...

Pésimo sevicio y atención, la piscina fría, hidromasaje sin agua y lo poco que había muy fría, instalaciones sucias y cuando quisimos retirarnos por las circunstancias detalladas de manera prepotente se negaron a devolver el Dinero x el. Servicio que jamás nos dieron a pesar de ser un grupo grande, y para rematar cortaron el agua con el afan de q nos retiremos. En si es la peor opción que pudimos tomar no cumplen con nada del servicio ofrecido y la excusa que ofrecieron es q como ya habíamos ocupado las canchas y habíamos topado la Piscina no podian hacer nada.. .. Espero q mejoren y cambien la mentalidad caso Contrario muchos más clientes insatisfechos inconformes acumularan como veo en comentarios...
